My name is Rebecca Klepic, and I am a Mind, Body, and Spiritual coach passionate about helping busy women who have lost their zest for life discover their unique blueprint to live in purpose through meditation, breathwork, and personalized lifestyle habits.
I specialize in working with women, helping them to achieve work-life balance.
My mission is to help a million people to create a life full of laughter.
My approach is rooted in the belief that true happiness comes from a balance of mind, body, and spirit, and I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve that.

Rebecca's Story

I had accepted that headaches, migraines, back pain, cramps, and fatigue were natural because I am a woman.
I had no idea I had unwillingly given my voice away for 20 - 25 years:
1️⃣ I had dimmed my light when I was young, seeking the approval of family, friends, and co-workers
2️⃣ I sabotaged my relationships because I believed that I was not worthy of love
3️⃣ I gave my mental and physical health to the food industry as I had weighed 220 lbs at one point in my life.
What changed?
I watched as my Grandpa gave up on life when he was diagnosed with Cancer.
I lost one of my Grandmas to dementia.
I watched as my other Grandma struggled to walk up three stairs.
My Dad suddenly passed away when he was 51 and had Type 2 Diabetes.
My family history does not have a healthy story, and I was scared of following in my Dad's footsteps, so I needed to change.
I took the first step with WILDFIT, and the universe let magic do the rest.
And now, I want to share what I've learned with you so you don't have to spend as much time as I did figuring out what works, or worse... suffer the same fate as so many others where sleep deprivation is a part of everyday life.
